Our Story

ZOYCAR Group is a diversified international organization operating through eight specialized companies across electrical manufacturing, engineering, technology, international consulting, exports, lighting, interior solutions, and event management.

Our journey began in 2007, building upon the construction foundations of Skayni Group. From its earliest years, the organization developed a strong understanding of project execution, technical requirements, operational reliability, and the importance of trusted business relationships. These foundations shaped the principles that continue to guide ZOYCAR today: quality, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering lasting value.

As the organization’s experience and international network expanded, so did its ambitions. New capabilities were developed to respond to changing market requirements and serve a broader range of clients, projects, and industries. This evolution led to the formal restructuring of the organization under the ZOYCAR identity in 2019.

The restructuring marked an important new chapter in our history. It brought the Group’s growing portfolio of companies, expertise, and international activities together under one unified identity. ZOYCAR was established not simply as a collection of businesses, but as an integrated multi-sector organization with a shared vision, coordinated strategy, and consistent standard of excellence.
